Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use it to find target companies as well as target individuals within those companies. Then we use the sequences feature to set up automated and manual tasks. And we also use it more or less as our CRM given that small team and low target counts. Happy with the outcomes.

Pros

  • There is a learning curve
  • Not always clear if an action is going to happen automatically or not
  • Support is not the best
  • Increased outbound volume
  • Improved targeting
  • Easier list creation
We've leaned into using as much of Apollo as possible.
It has saved us time mostly in list building and target company finding. REally has accelerated things for us on that front.
Not hard to use, but many things could be easier.

I'm currently using it with smaller companies w/ less moving parts. I can see how we could conitnue using it even as volume grows but might have to check pricing against other tools at some point.
