Overall Satisfaction with Appian

Support usually has an answer for us within a day.
Very easy to develop and learn. Extremely intuitive for business users.
Appian is being used throughout the entire organization but the focus is with our provider information. We have numerous applications but the main app is for maintaining provider data from cradle to grave.

  • Spent millions of dollars to build over 4 years
Appian is greater for straightforward smaller applications. We ran into trouble trying to build something very complicated across multiple teams with a lot of integrations.
