Overall Satisfaction with Appian

Appian is used as a low-code software solution in the AT&T Consumer Organization. It addresses complex process[es] and automation issues across the organization.

Appian support can take a long time to find a solution. They also require an unnecessarily large amount of information about the issue, and always ask for information that has already been provided.
The complexity of Appian can cause many bugs to pop up in the platform and make it unusable. But when there are no bugs, it works well.
Appian is much more complex than Quickbase, another low-code platform. Quickbase development is much simpler and the platform is much more stable, but Appian has much more functionality.
