Overall Satisfaction with Appian BPM
Our organization uses Appian as well as assists users of Appian. Only the software engineering side of our company uses Appian but we are trying to use Appian for more HR related things.
- Appian allows us to be very flexible in customization.

They are very similar in terms of how the processes are created and managed. Appian was selected because it was more relevant to the current work we are doing.
