Overall Satisfaction with Apple iCloud

It is being used across the whole organization. iCloud makes sure our Mac and iOS devices are always up to date, and it lets us easily share calendars, photos, videos, and other important information on the go.
  • One of the best examples is that it provides its users with means to store data such as documents, photos, and music on remote servers for download to iOS, Macintosh or Windows devices, to share and send data to other users.
  • It acts as a data syncing center for email, contacts, calendars, bookmarks, notes, reminders (to-do lists), iWork documents, photos and other data.
  • Instead of being reliant on manual backups to a computer, iCloud provides the means to wirelessly back up iOS devices directly to iCloud.
  • A plus is that one can manage their Apple devices if lost or stolen.
  • One of the functionalities that I criticize are "bugs". These "bugs" make some features unusable under earlier versions of iOS and Mac OS X.
  • Privacy is always a rising issue and something that one would always need to keep up with.
  • Moving a set of files from an iCloud Drive if they have not been synchronized yet will result in them being lost.
  • Acting as a data synching device for all of our Mac users. It has saved us from having to buy large amounts of storage disks and space.
  • It's wireless capabilities allow us to easily share business documents "on the go".
  • Automatic daily backups of our machines have saved us many times when something unexpected happened (like a power outage).
It's a lot more versatile when it comes to user experience. The interface is easy to follow and the flexibility of needing it to do multiple things at once is bar none. Other cloud services don't offer this type of complexity.
Apple iCloud is well suited for users that want to store music, photos, applications, documents, bookmarks, reminders, backups, notes, iBooks, and contacts all under one roof.
