Overall Satisfaction with Arcoro HR
We use Arcoro Hire [(formerly BirdDogHR)] in our own organization to assist our clients in the hiring process. It not only streamlines our processes and makes more us efficient, but it also ensures that we have our jobs in front of qualified applicants. It's very intuitive and easy for users to learn, but it also provides the features we need to be effective.

Excellent customer service -- If I need to talk to someone, I can call or email. They are very responsive. With Paycor and Paycom, it was almost impossible to get anyone to respond in any sort of timely manner.
BambooHR has good customer service, but I get better applicants with Arcoro [Hire (formerly BirdDogHR)].
