Overall Satisfaction with ARInsights ARchitect
We use ARchitect to log, track and report interactions, discover and segment analysts audiences, build target lists, build coverage report, keep track of tasks and communicate with analysts via newsletters.
- The analyst database is constantly enriched and a lifesaver.
- Email newsletter functionality is excellent for tracking comms with analysts.
- Premium content alerts are useful to get all coverage in one place.
- We would like to see some project management functions to track RFI, log follow-up actions and assign tasks inside the team.
- I'd be good to see email open state in the analyst interactions tab.
- An easier way to report insights from interactions would be hugely useful.
- Saves oodles of time for month/year-end activity report, a low value task that should always be automated.
- It's a great place to capture all notes from interactions.
- Briefing books also save time.
When I selected ARchitect, Spotlight Oz was in beta so it was a no-brainer.
