Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I create eLearning course for all divisions within my company. A slot of technical training like Salesforce and some conceptual type course.
Pros
- Provides the ability to customize everything.
- quizzing
- Great interaction for learners
Cons
- Closed Captions! We should be able to click a setting and the application just creates the CC. The current process is too time consuming.
- Characters are too limited. Not enough variety for diversity, poses, emotions and perspectives and styles.
- Storyline has impacted the ramp up/ onboarding of our sales people. They are able to take much more self-paced course now that we have been incorporated eLearning.
- We are also able to reach our distributors with eLearning which is very impactful. Sorry we haven't measured impact in dollars yet.
The only other app I use is the Review site. I love it and all my reviewers love the experience as well. I have received very positive comments from almost all SMEs/reviewers who use it.
Image creation! One of my biggest challenges is finding backgrounds and image ideas that convey concepts.
Articulate 360 is the Cadillac of authoring tools! Captivate is too complicated and difficult to use.
