Articulate 360 is THEE best tool in our toolbox! From the fantastic capabilities in Storyline that allow us to create virtually every type of project we've envisioned, to the amazingly helpful features of Review 360 that enables us to have content reviewed by our SMEs around the world, our Articulate 360 team subscription is my favorite -- and most valuable -- asset! On top of how wonderful the software itself is, the people behind the software are THE BEST and most helpful people to work with!
Pros
- Variables for custom content creation
- Review 360 for easy content reviews
- Rise for quick and easy content development, regardless of skill level
Cons
- I honestly can't think of anything - they've ticked off all my feature requests with the last few releases
- More accessible course creation
- Shorter course iteration timelines
- More robust practice exercises and case studies
We use Rise, SL, and Review to create training. We use our own LMS, but if we didn't, I wouldn't hesitate to use Reach 360!
As of yet, I'm not allowed to use AI products when developing, but once it's approved, it will greatly streamline the development process.
The Articulate 360 suite is hands down more powerful and easier to use than anything I've used in the past - I've been using Articulate products for the last 12 years with no desire to switch!
