Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Our ID team all use Articulate 360 daily. It allows us to create engaging and interactive eLearning for both employees and customers.

Pros

  • xAPI triggers
  • AI - of all the tools I use that have incorporated AI, Articulate definitely did it best.
  • Team functions
  • Good UI

Cons

  • More consistent builds/versions. I never know after I've updated Storyline if a file I previously completed now has bugs/errors.
  • More consistent states. Sometimes they just don't function how you have it set up.
  • A bit more customizability with Rise
  • The AI in Articulate is really helping my team get more done with less time.
  • Increase customer retention
My team regularly uses Rise, Storyline, Review, and now AI Assistant with the majority of training my team creates.
Definitely faster course creation. I appreciate how it stores the source material for all AI assistance within the course. Also, the AI comes up with some really detailed questions (with feedback!). I've been using it or that a lot, as well as summaries, and creating images.
Overall, the usability is really great. However, bugs are not uncommon, and sometimes they require workarounds, if they can even be resolved. There's always room for improvement.

Don't recommend for video editing - that's not its intention, either. Great for building out simulations.
