Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

My team primarily used Rise 360 for quick development and Review 360 for SME reviews. Storyline is used by other team members for more complex projects.

Cons

  • Rise 360 - spell check
  • Rise 360 - search and replace
  • Rise 360- greatly flexibility with graphics
  • Reduced development time
  • Improved SME/review processes
My team doesn't use them together. Other teams at my company add Rise assessments to Storyline courses.
Our company had a trial. For those creating training with more "normal" topics it worked. For technical application training it wasn't as helpful.
Usability is dependent on projects and user needs.
Two totally different tools - not really very comparable but more complementary to one another.

Rise is great for rapid development that is consistent across the development team. Storyline is better suited for complex, scenario-based training solutions.
