Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Articulate 360 for our onboarding and skill-based training for our call center employees. We typically have about 200 new hires per year and they attend ILT and vILT sessions that use a combination of instructor-led content and online eLearning based content. All of our online content is built using Articulate 360. The only exception would be any videos, they are built using other software
Pros
- The tools to create interactive eLearning especially in Storyline
- Online resources when you're troubleshooting a problem or challenge
- Updates to content, constantly innovating
Cons
- greater ability to size images in Rise
- troubleshoot triggers and variables using AI
- Better branching options in Rise, I'd like users to test out of some content or only complete certain content based on how they perform in an assessment
- We had a series of courses built primarily in Articulate, after they rolled out we saw an increase in our CSAT scores, something we have been working hard to achieve for a long time
- After measuring the impact of two courses that we created in Articulate, we saw a $3 million savings on the objective YOY
Most of our courses are built using Rise and typically will include embedded Storyline files. We use Review for team and stakeholder feedback. Those are the only apps we use
