Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate to create compliance courses for our healthcare organization.

Pros

  • Interactive activities
  • Closed caption and alt text
  • 360 image
  • Customizable player

Cons

  • There needs to be a localization option for closed captions - provide the user options to choose CC or Subtitles in a different language in the player. Right now you can only load one CC file and not multiples. This makes it very inaccessible to employees who have limited english proficiency,
  • Add a feature to include audio settings on a slide.
  • Reduced incidents of cybersecurity violations
  • Reduced patient harm
I use Storyline and Rise
Faster scripting for elearning scenarios.

Less appropriate - when you require localization options for employees who speak other languages. You can't just select a different language subtitle on the player to change the language of the CC.
