Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use it for learning and development for a mid sized fast casual restaurant and for corporate training. We focus on training restaurant staff such as servers and cooks as well as compliance training for corporate employees. Previously used in conjunction with storyline but have switched to just using Articulate 360 exclusively.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Clean design
  • Robust options

Cons

  • Better image compression
  • Vertical videos
  • More block around gamification
  • Scrolling or animated background images
  • More engaged learners
  • Better collaboration with team
  • Easy to update modules that need to be refreshed constantly
Mostly we use Rise and Review on a daily basis but when a project calls for it we use Storyline as well. We haven’t used Reach. I’m personally interested in AI but haven’t utilized it too much in Rise yet but looking forward to in the near future. The Dashboard has been essential for our team around collaboration.
Haven’t used it too much. But having used a lot of AI the speed doesn’t concern me. It’s part of the process of using AI. I’d rather the AI take longer to generate quality content instead of quicker iterations and less accurate.
It’s incredible initiative and just a weight off the shoulders instead of building something in Storyline (which I still love).
We use Vyond in conjunction with Rise obviously. They work well together. Captivate I always found clunky and, like many Adobe products, unintuitive as all their products don’t have the same interface. Makes no sense.

Do you think Articulate 360 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Articulate 360's feature set?

Yes

Did Articulate 360 live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Articulate 360 go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Articulate 360 again?

Yes

It is ideal for what we use it for in giving quick and concise training around a certain subject. However, it’s limited when it comes to making more extensive training with branching learning paths or scenarios. Incorporating some more interactive elements would be great for engagement. Other layout options as well so it’s not always a vertical website would be interesting as well.
