I use rise and storyline together. Rise allows me to quickly build courses with the ability to to customize interactions with story line. Review is crucial to stakeholder feedback.
Haven't used it
I'm regards to captivate, it's so much easier to use. Bet intuitive. I do use Camtasia video editing and pull these into storyline and rise and it works really well
