Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Articulate for internal training. We mostly use Rise and sometimes Storyline. As per Learners reviews, they love when a course is created on Articulate as trainings are super easy to follow.

I mostly use Rise as I am not as comfortable in Storyline but I plan to get more training on it myself to use it a lot more within Rise. We are not using AI yet but with all the new features coming, especially translation, we should be able to convince our manager to get it as we would save thousands of dollars in translation.
We usually use the LMS (scorm) export for our colleagues who have access to our LMS but we live that we can also share the link to the users(colleagues) who do not have access to our LMS

Integrated AI

We don’t use it yet but are hoping and planning to convince our manager to add it.

Usability

I love to use RISE and Review. They are very easy to use and the options (blocks) are diverse and can really increase the value and the overall look of a course I really need to train more on Storyline and use it a lot more. it’s on my personal development plan next year

I love everything about Articulate. Very user friendly and when there is an issue or if we have a question, the customer service is amazing and gets back to us very quickly.

I cannot remember any specific issue with Articulate. I remember having some about a year ago but it was fixed within 24 hours.
