Overall Satisfaction with Asana

We use Asana to track all employee's projects, assign tasks and know their status. Asana keeps all the tasks simplified and everybody knows what they have to do. It's also pretty useful to set deadlines for the projects. Asana makes it really easy to see the development of every project. You can write comments, attach files, etc.

  • Not too good for graphic projects..handling images etc
  • The app is quite chaotic
  • It could be easier to use
  • Makes the projects more clear
  • Helps track people's work a lot
  • Keeps people more concentrated on their job
Really useful for telecommuting teams that work in different places and timetables and not so useful for a small office where everybody chats and have meetings frequently. If everybody is in the same room it's not necessary at all to have Asana and in my opinion, it can maybe make the environment less comfortable.
