Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

All staff uses Ascentis/Novatime, giving them the capability to access their pay, benefits, training, etc. All of Payroll and HR are administrators. Our supervisors have supervisory access, as to viewing their team, approving leave and timesheets. It is deployed throughout our National office (DC – East coast) and our regional offices (West coast, South, & North).

  • Very positive. We love it. My boss and I are always saying, mostly at the same time “it’s awesome!" Then we laugh, because we’re so happy that a product is fitting us well because our company/union is so different from any other company/union!
Ascentis has made my job more effecient. You get what you put in there and if it's correct in the beginning you'll get accurate data. Consistency is what I live by.

Ascentis is well suited in Self Service and Benefits because of its features (Time Clock, Leave Management, Leave-Shared Calendar, Timesheet, Reports, Payroll…the whole suite).
