Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

We use Ascentis across the entire organization as our HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping platforms.
  • Customer service is very responsive.
  • Ability to customize
  • Reports
  • Better user interface
  • Easier payroll processing allows for additional time to perform other job duties.
Ascentis is much more customizable than ADP. That was the main benefit!
Everyone is very responsive and always get back to you in a timely manner.
