Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

Whole organization [uses Ascentis] for timekeeping purposes

Pros

  • The help section is good in some areas

Cons

  • Communication between CSM and clients
  • More detailed and streamlined ways to get support
  • Updates that actually work instead of cause new issues
  • None at this time
50/50 on if they can address the issue within their first response. Sometimes i get an email back a week later.

Have to click a lot of different things to get to the section you're looking for without a lot of training. Training not easily accessible
We only use the timekeeping portion [of Ascentis] which is not bad but not great
