Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use it for checklists, intakes, and case management. We also use it for marketing campaigns and newsletter management. We heavily rely on the checklist for everyday tasks. We use Neos AI Plat for intake now and have been really liking it. We also use messages to communicate internally when a client calls in with concerns and questions about their case. We use topics to keep it organized.

  • The way we track our intakes has been able to help us get a better ROI on our paid ads.
I think it is really great for law firms that like organization. I think their reports are great. I do wish the dashboards were better and that you could track more, but other than that, it is very user-friendly.
We selected Neos because we already had Needles, and it was going to be the most cost-effective and seamless transition. We have always considered Filevine and evaluate it once a year or so, but we usually stay with Neos because we don't want to deal with the migration.
