Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

Kaidee is an online classifieds marketplace with accessibility from both websites and mobile applications. AT Internet is our main analytics tool that collects data from those devices and provides different business/technical users with different formats of the available data that enables us to monitor incoming traffic, understand platform/product usage, and depict user journey. AT Internet is being used constantly by our senior management, product owners, and the digital marketing team who constantly analyze the site performance and make strategic decisions. Our heavy data consumers are data engineers and analysts who access the data via APIs, adding some derivation and display it on the business intelligence platform or integrate with other data sources to provide deeper insights. This review is based primarily on the data analysis experience where our team has interacted with the most, not the technical data collection.

Pros

  • Solid measurement of unique visitors, visits, page views, and the ability to connect with our internal content data which ultimately gives us to the measurable conversion.
  • Configurable to perform closed-loop paid-traffic campaign tracking from impression through actual conversion e.g. from Google Ads to predefined target activities.
  • Great partnership from the client success manager and the technical support team.
  • Continuous improvement of the product where they take client feedback constantly to their development team and deliver a better version from time to time.

Cons

  • Some components for data analysis are inflexible at the moment, but positive changes are coming as experienced in Data Query 3.
  • Hourly-granularity not available beyond a day in standard reports.
  • A reference and verifiable data source to many of our home-grown and third-party tools that help improve the accuracy awareness within the data-driven organization.
  • With Data Flow, we are able to get full data transparency and much quicker to many insightful analyses.
They provide very good and prompt support.

AT Internet offers a solid measurement of unique visitors, visits, page views, and the ability to connect with our internal content data which ultimately gives us to the measurable conversion. It is capable of drilling down into a granular detail containing all the key IDs with their associated data in an extractable raw event format via APIs when using the query tool, where it is a great data source to be used programmatically further in more advanced data analysis.
