Overall Satisfaction with Atera

It is great monitoring tool to overview Dashboards, IT ticketing and spending.
Each part of Atera is powered in the background by AI with predictions for time and various other readymade messages and solutions.
The billing is per employee really helps with access distribution and saving, also remote access is made easy.

  • Tracking history for repetitive tasks and solutions
  • Less information asymmetry within the team
It is rather hard to complain about the UI with new features being added constantly or reworked.
The only problematic interface part were reporting and the way the look and setup.
In some cases, the AI feature is not usable at all or provides only basic answers. It is still helpful but could be elevated and trained more.
Streamline of operations and knowledge: everyone within the team is able to see how things are done and can follow up without a handover or additional tasks to store knowledge.
As a result our customer and user service had increased significantly, we also tend to save money bo paying per user, and seeing consumption of each product in dashboard.

Automate repetitive tasks, have ready-made solutions saved and monitor it remotely. Atera covers this perfectly and per each project. The level of customization is broad, providing even more possibilities to simplify IT Ticketing.
For reporting side of things, we like to another tool, and it can be rather confusing with UI in Atera. If this feature were more developed we would consider it.
