  • Atera works as a digital inventory which i already said but the perks of having a digital inventory is you don't have to keep track of your office assets one by one. If someone resigns and returns his asset then we can easily mark it and can later assign the asset to the newly hired employee efficiently.
  • Providing tech support to remote worker is much smoother and increases the productivity.

  • Atera has dramatically increased IT efficiency, and enabled me to more actively support all of our locations, regardless of where I am on a given day.
  • With the faster response and fix times, we have been much better able to keep our production going smoothly.
  • With the features in Atera, we were able to cancel other services that separately did some of the features of Atera, but combined costed nearly twice what Atera itself costs for one technician. So, in this aspect, it nearly pays for itself.

  • We have been able to add new employees/devices without increasing my staff to support them.
  • The value of charging per technician verses per device cannot be stated enough. Without that pricing, I wouldn't be able to budget enough to pay for all of the things I get with Atera.
  • They have a customer portal which allows the end user to check on submitted tickets, open new tickets and recommend any new features.

  • Onboarding was a breeze. Completed myself in about a week with some support requests. Very easy to get configured how you want it up front.
  • Atera is a force multiplier, I am able to act as a team by leveraging automation and scripting to fix issues before the user notices them.
  • There are some quirks in the interface that require you to jump through hoops to get what you need done.

  • Time is money, and Atera has saved us a significant amount of time in supporting our customers. Before Atera, we would have to walk to the office of where the issue is to be able to fix even the most simple of tasks. And more often than not, it would actually take more time to walk to/from these locations that it took to resolve the issue itself. Now, with the ability of remote support, we can easily jump into a computer and resolve the issue instantly.
  • Atera has also helped us to save money through the integration of Emsisoft Antivirus. Previously we would have to buy a set number of licenses for all of our devices upfront for a whole year, whether we used that many or not. Now with the integration of Emsisoft, we now only have to pay $1 per install per month. We have recently implemented this at our site so we have not been able to determine the exact amount of money saved, but at this rate it is looking like we will be saving thousands!
