I have greatly reduced the time it takes to manage clients and endpoints, it allows me to remotely access corporate PCs and virtual machines without having to set passwords individually, and it allows me to manage everything centrally and efficiently. before Atera, management was complex and disorganized because of the huge amount of data I had to record manually on the various devices

Atera constantly monitors usage of computer resources to alert me of potential problems, as well as ensuring that all endpoints are up to date on our schedule. We even get to pick specific patches to wait on, should we choose to, for known issues or other problems.

This has been a great platform to handle both service requests and device maintenance. Without it, we would have to do manual ticket creation through another platform that does not link with a RMM making the help desk inefficient and frustrating both Employees and the Executives of the company. The addition of AI makes all of this even easier!

Before I brought in Atera, patching our computers/servers was a nightmare. No one could tell me if they did get patched without going to each machine and looking. With Atera, I can set up patching schedules that fit my different departments schedule. I can also run reports that show me who was patched and more importantly, who wasn't. I can then either push the patches right away or schedule them for a time that won't impact or minimally impact the user. We have also added scripts to our patching profile to reboot the machine, even if the patches don't need it to apply. This has help tremendously as it allows the computer to start clean after every patching schedule.

Atera has increased our management functionality with its wide range of features and board. Deploying various profiles on every computer in our organization has provided us with resources to help us sell services to our customers, have repetitive customers, and maintain great relationships with our customers. Overall we have accessed real-time monitoring in an optimized manner for our IT team.

Whenever anything is not able to be automatically remediated or addressed, Atera puts everything in one easy to navigate interface. Between the full-featured browser access and the features available in the mobile app, most everything can be managed from anywhere.

One of the best things with Atera is the overall simplicity of the remote monitoring platform. Accessing real time alerts is very smooth and quick with Atera. One major advantage of using Atera for us is the fact that it is an All in one platform. The remote monitoring and the patch management capabilities are very much seamless with Atera. Additionally, Atera has a plethora of quick reply templates readily available which enables us to never miss out on any user interaction. Overall, our entire business process is now made efficient with the presence of Atera.
One more good thing about Atera is the user community that it has. The user community is very much active and helpful.

It was relativity easy to implement Atera. They have done a good job in creating a web application which is logicaly structured and easy to understand. They have a lot of well written support pages online describing all the functions.

Atera is dead simple to use. Anyone that has even a mild technical background can use and administer the system. All of the features are laid out logically and are easy to find and use. The scripting interface is easy to use and intuitive. The AI features in the scripting interface are really easy to understand and dive into.

Utilizing Atera along with Splashtop gives me the ability to log in to devices and control them remotely, or have end users show me what is going on. We use Microsoft Teams and can share screens and grant access to control, but Teams uses an inordinate amount of data to share what's going on. Working remotely from a cellular connection with data limits can make that solution untenable. Atera uses a small fraction of the data, is more efficient, and has created more time for me to handle other responsibilities.

The ease of use of Atera is one of its most useful features. Setting up new connections from our end onto our clients computers is both fast and reliable. That allows us to begin monitoring and understanding the issues with the PCs quickly and without having a lot of downtime where we wait for information.

Atera is incredibly user friendly. It did not take long to get used to the interface at all. There are a few things that could use a little modification (already mentioned in previous points in the survey), but is still a great experience over all.

I feel like I have a good grasp on the status of my clients all the time. When they complain about Internet dropouts, I put availability monitoring on the client workstation or server and in a few days you have a graph you can show them of uptime. That has been perceived by clients as a great service.
