Atlassian Jira is the main software for software development activites and tracking and coordinating QA activites it is one of the most imporant factor in the whole agile process its features of tracking and keeping record makes it very useful across the whole life cycle and the newest AI integration is also been a great help

Great for its usecase and does what its been built on and hence this rating is ggiven as there are a lot of improvement ares like AI and some images upload features that dont work so if they all are integrated and solved this would be a great app to use and work for
Firstly the community support and the help that the community it supports is amazing also the product which is designed simple but is perfect when it comes to execution and the ease of using the product and the extra features of the bug logging and resources management and templates creating makes it a perfect choice for the user
