Overall Satisfaction with Authorize.Net

At the Chamber we use Authorize.Net in connection with our member portal and event management system. It is great as it sends automated receipts, lets you know when their is a suspicious transactions and so on. The only problem we have is that even if the buyer fills out all the required fields the automated receipt only captures part of the information. We want full details and for that to be accounted on our Quickbooks end but it doesn't do it.

Authorize.Net sends everything is real time so there is no delay which we like. Area for improvement would be the amount of information captured and sent in the automated receipt.

4 - Accountant - Handles all finances and payments Chief of Staff - Handles invoices for membership, sponsorship and payments Director of Marketing and Communications - Handles marketing and event invoicing and payment processing through Atlas/Authorize.Net unison President - Verifies the above processes and establishes connection from Atlas>Authorize.net. > Quickbooks/Bank
1 - Our accountant consultant handles all the support and on-going daily duties for Authorize.Net. Our staff has access to the system need be but our Accountant handles all support we may or connection to our Main system Atlas that is connection to the Authroize.Net for payments, processing and more.

  • We have been using Authorize.Net for more than 5 years now and we really like it
  • We are looking to incorporate an Auction portal and Authorize.net may get used for processing payments
  • In the future we are looking to expand our EventFarm use which will include paid registrations through their system. We will use Authorize for that.

Authorize.net has been a useful system for our Chamber. We appreciate the ease of use and access to our Main Frame. Connecting Authorize.net to our system for membership, event and other payment ease has been excellent and we have experienced no problems whatsoever.

We would not. We went with Authorize.net from the first moment we used it. It is a great system.
