Overall Satisfaction with Authorize.net
I used Authorize.net to process credit card transactions for all clients in my consulting business. I had gotten a referral about them from a colleague who'd used them for years. Fortunately, I don't have receivables. I take payment at the time an appointment is booked . Authorize.net accepts all major credit cards and made the operational side of my business easy. Their monthly reports are very useful to reconcile payments. I found them very responsive to my customer service needs.

Cons
- It was a little difficult to understand some of the settings on my account
- Individual credit cards had different rules and it wasn't always clear why I was charged additional fees.
- My business grew between 8% - 15% each year
- My customers (over 2000) were pleased with my payment service/ ease of use / professionalism
- The reports helped me stay organized and on top of my finanicals. I can't quantify how much that brought in but overall definitely a time saver.
