Overall Satisfaction with Authorize.Net

Authorize.Net is one of the versatile solution for eCommerce solution. It is one of the oldest one which helps in both as payment gateway as well as card processing. Its helps us in automated recurring bill system, checkout process, managing customer information etc. It helps us build our virtual point of sale terminal. In our organization we used it for capturing cards and it is very easy to search customer transactions and reports.

Authoize.Net is the best solution for small businesses. Flat rate pricing with no setup charges. Online customer support and has a huge knowledge database. Recurring billing was a big plus for us.

Authorize.Net is extremely reliable and very easy to setup the system. Mobile application is very good and free of cost. Capturing card and managing customer information is really handy, we can generated different types of reports on it and searching anything is a breeze. Security features are top notch and there is free of cost virtual terminal as well.

Using Authorize.Net

9 - Our help desk team, operations team, business team, marketing team and technical team are using it for there specific function. Help desk tea is using to facilitate or solving first hand complain by the customer. Operations and business team is using for their stats, reports etc. Technical team is for any enhancement or technical glitch.
3 - For customer support and guidance you don't have to be technical. Authorize.Net is quite easy regarding its interface or storing / utilization of customer information and searching for any particular detail for customer / transaction.

Due to its simple interface and very easy to grab. Almost all major credit cards are onboard. Payment process is really simple and there are options to save or not save customer information. Searching any transaction is piece of cake and reporting options are helpful to cater the needs of customer and business.

Ease of use and simple interface.
If I have to evaluate again I will be preferring Authorize.Net over any other tool. It is the most simple and secure payment system we worked on and integration with API is piece of cake.
