Overall Satisfaction with Autoklose

We utilize this tool to send out communications on behalf of our Sales Team.

Pros

  • Comes from the user's email account.
  • Comes from our server, not a third party server.
  • Act MGR can view replies.

Cons

  • The alias feature they are currently developing.
  • The ability to organize the alias campaigns by email in addition to campaign.
  • Would like to see automatic logging of emails to the user & manufacturer in Repfabric from Autoklose campaigns.
  • We are still waiting for the alias feature to be ready to fully use the tool.
  • At this time, we have only used for communication of price increases and news.
  • We plan on sending out 1,500 emails per day once the alias feature is implemented.
Jelena is always available. If she doesn't know the answer, she will get it. She is reliable. It's nice to be able to get a live person. Many of the other tools I use have zero support and we end up canceling due to lack of support.
Very easy to use. Love the data insights. It is very commonsense-oriented and user-friendly.
We used this tool previously and it worked OK but did not integrate with Repfabric or provide the robust reporting as Autoklose.

Autoklose is a highly effective email tool in all scenarios I have needed to use it for. Their user support is amazing. Especially Jelena. She is great! The tool is very easy to use. We chose this tool mainly because of the Repfabric integration. I'd like to see more integration with Repfabric.

Autoklose Reliability

It's expensive to have a single seat for each salesperson, so the alias feature will be the perfect addition to this product.
We have really had no issues.
Always loads fast.

My IT dept didn't have any troubles integrating.

It helps to know how many emails you want to send out per day and to how many email contacts.

Upgrading Autoklose

Yes - In the process right now. Waiting for the alias feature release.
  • The alias feature will solve all our problems with sending out emails on behalf of our sales team members.
  • Alias feature. I hope this will be less complicated, more efficient, and have additional trackable data.
