Overall Satisfaction with Automox
Automox is our endpoint management software. We use it to ensure that both our deployed laptops and server environment are fully up to date and patched. We utilize its integration with Rapid7 to further ensure we patch all issues we find. We also use the robust worklet availability to automate a ton of day to day actions, such as local account (guest etc) lock out, screen time out settings , as well as setup new laptops for employees without needing a tech hands on.

- I'd like to be able to change the front page layout
- Built in error reporting that is a bit more verbose
- Able to re-task techs, we can push build all of our laptops.
- I am able to focus on other things and not worry about updates any longer across our WHOLE envirmoment.
- Reporting allows me to keep upper management in the loop for our security posture.
Within the 1st 60 days of deploying Automox system wide we noticed a Marked increase in our overall security and patching numbers. Employees noted less errors and crashes on machines that were lacking updates as well, which made our job much easier. Automox continues to push new options in 3rd parties to ensure we no longer have to create GPOs and push updates that way.

To cover our whole network we would have needed two or more products to cover Windows, Linux and Apple OS. And with Automox we get all 3 in one console. The others were fine, at the time we evaluated them they just did not provide us an all in one solution.
