We use Automox for automated patch management by ensuring endpoint security across our organization. Also we use to addresses vulnerabilities by streamlining OS and software updates, reducing manual process and security risks. We have use Automox to manage Windows and Linux devices, enforcing compliance, and maintaining system integrity with minimal downtime through centralized and cloud-based automation.

Cons
- Automox does not have built-in patch roll back feature. If Automox can provide built-in patch roll back feature, it will great help.
- Role-base access control should be improved more granular access controls, such as restricting specific actions by user role, would improve security and delegation
- Automox does not support for offline patching. This could be a limitation for air-gapped or highly restricted environment
- Reduced IT labor costs and increased efficiency

After implementing the Automox, we could increase the patch compliance and security because before deploying the Automox we did not have a consistent patching process. Also we have manually track and deploy patches but after implementation we have more visibility. Beacuse of that our IT workload was reduced. Also, 80% decrease in unplanned downtime due to scheduled patching outside working hours.
