Overall Satisfaction with Automox
We use Automox as a patching tool and to maintain control of certain update and whether or not to apply now or wait in case there are issues with said patches. Regardless whether its from Microsoft or other entities.
We also use it for the remote assistance feature.

The biggest change was the remote assistance functionality as we previously used TeamViewer and we disliked the process. The second was getting the end users to click the ok to apply patches and get them to quit reporting them as hacked or What do it do with this tickets.
We just really liked the ease of use and setup for Automox over other products in general. Support is amazing as well.
