Overall Satisfaction with Autopilot
We use Autopilot as a marketing automation tool for our smaller clients with more workflow specific needs.
Some clients already have it but do not use it optimally, some clients want to start with marketing automation.
It's a tool being used for capturing leads, lead nurturing and all the other things most marketing automation tools do. One thing it does really well is connecting social media platforms, and using them in your automations.

- The use of social media in your automations (many tools fail at this).
- Great visual customer journey builder. It's so clean and easy to use.
- Fast and not too many functions, make this an easy to use tool.
- They are working on more and more integrations but they still miss some of the big ones.
- They are playing a lot with the pricing. (For the bad.)
- The email builder has its limits in customization.
- Time, building test automations and seeing what works is really fast.
- Automate basic communication easy, so sales can focus on the important potentials.
- Helps you to grow your leads list, fast and easy.
How would I say this, for me Autopilot is a whole other tool then the other MA tools I use. Most other MA tools focus on a lot of options and things you can do with it. But Autopilot seems to mainly focus on the visual builder to make automations, and they do that really well!
The other tools are also great but more a "complete package solution" with a lot of options. And that can be overwhelming. So if you want a great easy-to-use workflow/automation builder and less of all the other options Autopilot is a great start.
