Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We currently use Avalara for calculating sales, VA, and GST in countries throughout the world. We also use cert capture for our sales tax exempt customers in the United States.
  • Sales tax compliance and return filings are always on time
  • Able to work with multiple countries
  • Cert capture for exempt customers is a fantastic tool
  • The nexus rules and updates are hard to receive and monitor
  • Better understanding of exemption rules for csutomers
  • The ability to keep sales tax compliance internal
  • The ability to not have to hire a new FTE
Created API to the system which had hurdles but they were overcome with time.
