Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use AvaTax and the Returns portion of Avalara. It is used across the finance and accounting department.
  • Customer Service -- you get a case number right away and they do everything they can to help you.
  • Their website is very user-friendly.
  • They have the best conferences.
  • I can't think of any of the top of my head.
  • A huge time saver. You can get all your sales taxes done within a couple of hours.
  • Has helped streamlines our processes and made balancing easier.
Implementation was easy.
  • EBS
We tested the integration with EBS for a month and it worked well. It's now fully integrated. They provided a test database to help with integration, and it was great.
Avalara is user-friendly.
We use the returns portion of Avalara as well. It makes balancing the taxes very easy with our ERP system.
I can't say enough good things about the product. We have expanded our billing out to employees that we wouldn't be able to bill otherwise.
