Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Currently, the Excise Tax team is using Avalara to prepare and submit returns to various states. It helps keep track of all the various rates, tax determinations, return creation, and submissions.
  • Tax determination.
  • Saves time in return creation.
  • Being able to review transactions.
  • They need to provide release notes in a more timely manner.
  • Saves time on managing rates changes.
  • Saves time on changes to how various products get reported.
I was not involved with implementation.
Very user-friendly!
Avalara helps handle all the rate changes across various states. It also helps handle all of the EDI submission changes and reporting of changes of products.
