Continue developing the query wizard feature and allow more customization within this function.
Allow users to flip between various entities on all screens within Avalara.

So far the drop-down menus have provided the only challenge, but otherwise, Avalara has worked well with various automation software.

Usability

There is still room for improvement, but overall it is a very useful system.

Our organization has not utilized these capabilities yet.

It is perfect for companies filing use/sales/excise tax returns across many jurisdictions. The cost may be difficult to justify for small companies that file in only 5 states or less for sales and or fuel tax.
