Avalara is a fundamental part to ALK ABELLO Inc. It makes our business sales tax calculations with Avatax simple. It's been two years now that we started using Avatax Returns and its freed up 6+ hours to do other accounting work. Avalara's services are great.

- Grow a customer service team that answers phone calls
- When customer calls and leaves their phone number for a call back...have someone call
- If customer service phone call gets strangely disconnected, call the customer back especially since the Avalara representative asks for a call back # in case of a disconnect.
- Avalara is worth it.
