Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
Avalara is used in our order entry process. Because Avalara works directly with our software, it has provided our staff with sales tax information at the time of entry. Since most of our sales are to religious organizations, we also use CertCapture to maintain exempt certificates for our 50K customers.

We had some bugs to work out. We also had to have Macola customized to work better in our order entry process.
