Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use AvaTax and CertCapture by Avalara in our whole organization with great success. We have economic nexus in most states and drop ship about 50% of our products accross the USA.
- Easy understanding of both AvaTax and Certcapture programs
- Great support structure
- Always keeping up the changes
- CertCapture program have a few issues which slows down our sales department at times
- Amount of transactions would have been a nightmare to handle in-house
- The different jurisdiction tax rate management is complex and give us peace of mind to be handled through AvaTax
- Exemption Certificate management would have definitely need another person to handle-Monetary savings both Sales and Use and Exemption Management.
