Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara to calculate our sales taxes and to process our sales tax returns and submit to the proper authorities.

Customer Service is quick and helpful, and don't let you off of the phone till you are happy.
Making an appt with my rep is easy to talk with him and get any answers I may need.

Saved me so many hours, and allows me to use my time for more productive/money making activities than filling out returns and updating tax tables.

Not too bad. Easy quick set up.

Once set, up, you just have to remember when you add a product to add it to the what we sell tab.

I spend a lot less time on filing my sales tax return every month.

I love that it saves me the 5-6 hours of checking my tax rates in all the different places we service twice a month. So worth the money.
