We use Avalara across our entire organization. We sell to distributors, retailers, and through our websites. Avalara keeps us compliant with the accurate application of sales tax rates and the subsequent collection of taxes on taxable sales.
- Since e-commerce has become a taxable transaction, based on specific rules defined by each local, county, and state jurisdiction. Avalara ensures we remain compliant with the states collecting sales tax.
- As jurisdictions change their tax rates, Avalara keeps us current with the correct rate to charge.
- Avalara has the tax expertise we need and we use them. This allows us to focus on running our business to the best of our ability.
- Account manager communication with us can be enhanced.
- While the support center for Avalara does a good job, they can improve the response time when tickets are submitted.

We had very little difficulty with the NetSuite/Avalara integration.
