  • Filing Tax returns has been positive and it helped with assigning staff for more value-added work

There is complexity in implementing the integration and in a few cases supporting it
Avalara works as designed, but as explained in earlier statements there is room for improvements in Integration and address validation

It is been quite some time when we moved to Avalara and don't remember all the functions which Vertex was providing.
Avalara systems work as expected, we used to have outages but they have been reduced by a lot. We still have some integration issues with committing the Invoices and need to have a better understanding of the system scope.
