Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use AvaTax as a main Sales Tax Calculation, and also have Return services. I am extremely happy with AvaTax as I have used it before and used it at my current company, but I wish I can say the same for Returns. Standard Return Service makes it extremely difficult to obtain answers when it comes to returning filing. It also is difficult to reconcile the sales tax account for accounting. Due to the high growth of my company, we require an upgrade to our current AvaTax and are unable to do so because it is tied with the Intact contract. I seem to have no help from anyone whom I reached out to at Avalara.

- Adding more returns to standard service, may help other companies as well
- 1:1 Service rather than going to Customer Service every time with any issues
- Every account should have a TM assigned so we can reach out when needed.
