Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's is used enterprise-wide, across several departments. There wasn't a problem that it addressed. It just allowed for me to have Sales Tax Reports generated and someone to take ownership of sales tax law.

Sales Tax rates are not updated quickly enough. Sometimes the tax used on the Avalara Reports doesn't match the rates used on the States website

It has saved me time in how I process the monthly returns
It provides support if I were to ever have a sales tax audit

No. There were some communication issues regarding the implementation, but when it actually did happen, it was smooth

Because I can't justify the price that Avalara Avatax costs for complete utilization. So I am only using the portion that is cost feasible.
