Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Due to the increase in demand for work at home users, this tool is very handy to maintain a good flow in our communication even with the distance, at the same time it allows us to keep a close record of how is used by our workforce; the functions that we have access are great and minimize the use of other tools.

Take my words with a grain of salt, because my contact with the customer support has been limited, as I'm mostly a user and not a full manager, however, my little interaction when having issues and escalating those, has been very fast and precise. What makes me believe that our people are getting the right support on time.

Honestly, I believe this is a new generation and working at home this is a great option, in our case in specific, we are able to keep track of all our workforce, and Avaya is an already well-know software, that's why it was the first name that came up for our management team. The software is very friendly and really easy to introduce, which means less time for training and getting into operations as soon as possible.
