Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

One system for collaboration Better cell phone integration
  • Administration on desktop and cell phone
  • Single Sign On
  • Cell phone app works great
  • Missing integration with the outlook calendar in Workspace
  • Need to expand additional schedules in custom rules in call-ques
  • Ability to submit to get outbound number & location updated
  • Allows for us to have an integration with cell, so when local service fails we can still answer
  • Managing user devices is better, but the setup needs work still
  • The self help options for people to manage & reset their own passwords
We have not as there needs to be a bit more integration between the outlook calendar and ACO Workspace before we can fully switch to utilize the one platform.
The initial roll out and implementation was not smotth at all. I had to tough each phone multiple times and then enter a code. The instructions were delayed on the firewall settings and the recommendations for the firewall settings are not secure. There is no way we will leave https traffic wide open.
We have not. We are looking to utilize 365 more and hopefully have the integration be part of the ACO Workspace.

Do you think Avaya UCaaS delivers good value for the price?

No

Yes

Did Avaya UCaaS live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Avaya UCaaS go as expected?

No

Would you buy Avaya UCaaS again?

Yes

Avaya Cloud Office is very close to being complete for a total collaboration experience, but not quite there enough for us to eliminate Teams, Lumen conference bridge, and BlueJeans. The cost is also a factor. There needs to be a more aggressive strategy around a better and more competitive monthly cost model.
