Overall Satisfaction with Avaya UCaaS
I use Avaya in our organization to get in touch with the US regulators. The phone helps me get important messages through its voicemail service. Very useful since I work from the Philippines and we have different time zones. It also helps me collaborate with my colleagues who are located across the globe.
- Video calls also allow you to share files to your colleagues
- Instant messaging and phone interface are easy to use.
- It works on mobile phones saving you from long distance charges.
- I wish that the settings options is easy to find.
- The options for Signing in on the phone should just be one button and not with so many tick boxes.
- Auto-save of credentials would be best as mandatory.
- I know that we have saved thousands in US dollars for long distance charges.
- Reduced the time in sending documents through file sharing.
- Allowed the office to facilitate Townhalls without concerns on the number of participants
Avata UCaaS is a one stop shop for our communications need. It has benefited me because it made my job easier by managing my team meetings and also in connecting to our colleagues located globally. This tool also helped the whole organization save on long distance charges costs. Since it is easy to use and navigate, we don't really need to keep on calling technical support.
I'm not sure how it was integrated with our Google workspace but I know that it works well because I can use Google Meet and Chat seamlessly when connecting with my team and colleagues.
