Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We use AVI-SPL for all of our Audio Visual needs. From displays in the hallways to presentation systems in conference rooms.

Pros

  • Very Professional
  • Easy to manage - they know what they are doing
  • Quick to react to quoting and service.

Cons

  • They are a bit pricey
  • Engineering and drawing are included in every quote.
  • AVI-SPL always uses high quality products so there is very little equipment failures
AVI-SPL is very responsive to issues and dispatches assistance in a very timely manner.

We have a conference room that is a multipurpose room. Getting the sound correct has been a challenge. They were able to get their engineers to come up with a very unique solution that works for almost every application.
